It would also be a huge climate change because in winter we have a lot of snow. Even summers would be cold for them. They would have to come prepared like with a house and maybe even a method of transportation. They would also have to come with money, so you can buy stuff like food, clothing, etc.
In Canada you have to be 16 to drive, 18 to live alone, and to drink you have to be 19 in all provinces except in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec you have to be 18.
